EP BiH Hackaton 2018 Project

This project was built during Microsoft and Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine organized hackaton in 2018. This is a design proposal for a simple mobile application1 for home owners. It is intended as a tool that offers information about current and historic electrical energy consumption. It offers an overview of the devices that are currently active and are consuming power2. Finally it can display alerts if some device was active for suspiciously long time or if it is drawing more power than usual.

Below are two interactive frames one on the left holds the application itself, and the one on the right allows visitors to toggle simulated devices on / off in order to see how the application is going to respond on the change of device states. If you are visiting from a mobile device you can visit the app or switch board separately for a bit better experience.

1. Created using Cordova Framework, jQuery, Bootstrap in frontend, and backend with php and mySQL. It was built for both Android and iOS, and it can be also served as a normal web page.

2. Shows simulation data, in order to create such an application, one should have smart home devices integrated into a fully functional system
